I know the pandemic is making it difficult to get things. There must be a lot of frustration on the part of the employees. In the past year, Ive not heard one complaint from ANY of the employees. Yesterday, Eric answered a question for me regarding new handgrips. His answer made me quite happy and I bought the new ones. James & Toby are also great to deal with. And, if shes working, Trudy always takes time to talk to me. Keep up the great work and GET SOME PARTS!
