I want to thank James in the Parts Department for recommending the suspension package and Doc, Wiz, Todd, and Billy in the Service Department for the work done on my 2005 FLHRI. I'm always greeted by name and treated like I'm part of the Conrad's family. While I was hospitalized last November, the team came to my house and picked up the motorcycle in order to begin work and prepare the motorcycle for winter storage. When I came to the dealership in order to pick up the motorcycle, Billy explained what to expect of the new suspension during the first five hundred miles and to come back for any adjustments as needed. He even noticed that my air filter cover was loose and spent time reseating the Flames Collection decorative ring and air filter cover. After leaving the dealership, the new suspension installation made the ride feel like it was a new motorcycle. The Legend front and rear suspension package was well worth its cost.
