Finally got my first HD after 30 years of riding ! Jim P. went out of his way to make me feel comfortable during the buying process. I took a lot of his time up with silly newb questions, but he made me feel like it was no problem whatsoever. Ellen also had a lot of patience with me and my crazy family running around. And Eric helped me out by guiding me through the test drive route. Overall I spent the whole day there and left a happy man! Best place ever!
